First of all, I consider myself very lucky to have gotten the opportunity to work as a language assistant at the CEIP Lope de Vega (Casariche), as it has been a very pleasant and enriching experience. Ever since my appointment at the center, my coordinator has always lent me a hand whenever I've needed help and has made sure that I did not have any difficulties. I also want to highlight the friendly and helpful behavior of all the school's teachers who've made me feel very comfortable in my work. Last but not least, I would like to mention that it has been really amazing to be able to collaborate in the development of communicative skills in English in students whose interest in learning is truly commendable. In short, I can say with absolute certainty that my experience in this center has been excellent and as a language assistant not only have I been able to contribute through my work but I've also learnt a lot in terms of teaching methodologies. |
Antes de nada me considero muy afortunado de tener la oportunidad de trabajar como auxiliar de conversación en el CEIP Lope de Vega (Casariche) ya que ha sido una experiencia muy placentera a la vez que enriquecedora. Desde mi nombramiento en el centro, la coordinadora siempre se ha mostrado dispuesta a echarme un cable cada vez que ha hecho falta y se ha asegurado de que no tuviera ninguna dificultad. También quiero destacar el comportamiento amable y servicial de todo el profesorado del colegio que ha hecho que me sintiera muy cómodo en mi trabajo. Por último, aunque no menos importante quiero hacer mención de lo fantástico que ha sido poder colaborar en el desarrollo de la competencia comunicativa en inglés del alumnado cuyo interés por aprender es verdaderamente encomiable. |

My experience at the school has been absolutely perfect. From the beginning of the year, all of the teachers and administrators have welcomed me and made me feel like family. I have developed a wonderful relationship with all of my students. Working with over 200 students, it has taken time to get to know them, remember their names, and form relationships, but I feel that I have developed a good connection with nearly all of them. The kids have been my favorite part of this experience. One of my favorite parts of being in a small town is getting to see students around town in the evenings and on the weekends. The teaching staff at the school has really made C.E.I.P. Lope de Vega feel like home. From the start of the year, the teachers in the bilingual program, especially our wonderful coordinator, have done everything possible to make sure that our transition into the school and the town go smoothly. From the beginning, I have felt comfortable, welcomed and cared for. It has been one of the best experiences of my life. |
Mi experiencia en la escuela ha sido absolutamente perfecta. Desde el comienzo del año, todos los maestros y maestras me han recibido y me han hecho sentir como en familia. |
